When Nomads Hook Up

IIs it different when the nomads hook up than when people that live in houses do? Some of the wheeled wonders often go days without showers. When they meet that special someone, do they make it a point to find that gym or other shower facility? Maybe they figure the other person is a nomad as well and the extra effort isn't needed. When living in houses or apartments, people often get to the point of talking about moving in together. The couple spends more time together at on place. The expense of a place that sets empty doesn't make sense. Do nomads feel the same? Do the combine recourses and move into one RV rather than two, or two vans? Does the solitary nature of the traveling road dweller keep them in separate vehicles?
This is an interesting part of the nomadic life that isn't talked about. Do the nomads sneak across the desert under the cover of night for a late night booty call? I wonder.
