A convoy of truckers protesting COVID-19 vaccine and mask mandates, among other issues, is arriving in the Washington, D.C., area and is expected to grind traffic on the beltway surrounding the city to a screeching halt. The truckers say they do not intend to cause a disturbance, but do want their presence felt.
