Traffic cams capture semi truck jackknife in rain-slick Minneapolis tunnel

Minnesota Department of Transportation cameras captured the moment that a semi truck jackknifed while the driver traveled through Lowry Tunnel in Minneapolis, no other vehicles were involved in the crash and no injuries were reported.
The Minneapolis Fire Department said that the truck’s fuel tanks sustained a small puncture and hazmat crews responded to the fuel spill.
