Nomadic Fanatic does the impossible

Nomadic Fanatic has said that there is no such thing as fair use. He said that YouTube cares, and his lawyers care. He said you can not use other people's content, yet, he did just that. After throwing a temper tantrum about "you can't just say fair use", he uses someone elses clip.
He said he was special and had a magic copyright tab that no one else had. Well, I'm a nobody and I have one. Eric claims that he is so important that YouTube just strikes people without his knowledge. It said the strike was done manually and that the claim was RECEIVED. The word received means that YouTube got the manual claim. They didn't just give it.
Eric thinks that leaving comments and deleting videos means that it never happened. The thing is that once on the internet, it's there forever.
