Canadian nomad attacked and chased

Vancity Vanlife did a video of a rig tour of Tiny House Jeep. This is a Canadian lady that lives in her jeep. She has it built out with a bed and even a kitchen.
While sleeping in her Jeep, she was awakened by the sound of yelling and rocks hitting her windshield. A man was outside pounding on her vehicle and yelling. She managed to get away only to be followed. The man attempted to run her off the road several times. She kept her wits and drove to a firehouse. The firefighters came out and detained the man until police arrived.
Days later Tiny House Jeep is still feeling the stress of the encounter.
We are often painted a picture of bliss and carefree living by many YouTube nomads. People like Cheap RV Living, Bob, sing the praises of the free, cheap, and easy life. Sell everything and live the stress free life. Live your child like wonder, we are told.
With the rise in popularity of the nomadic life, with headlines like the Gabby Petito case, this lifestyle is very well known. Don't get lax and fall for the hype. Enjoy the lifestyle, but be prepared to protect yourself. Don't think just because you don't live in a house in a city that you are immune to crime. Life is hard everywhere for everyone.
